You Can Always Improve
I recently learned a lesson: No matter how much you think you know you can always improve.
Here I am, writing a newsletter on how to build relationships and what do I do? I interrupt the person I am talking to. Not just once, but twice!
When I realized what I had done, I felt embarrassed. Some expert I am (not!). I still need work.
I am trying to figure out what it was that caused me to interrupt this person and address it. I think I’ve got it, but I am not sure enough to write about it.
Lesson learned: don’t interrupt.
